We hired Seegars to install a fence to keep our two dogs safe. The Sales Rep. came out and measured the area to be fenced. We explained and physically showed the area of our yard that we wanted to fence. The Sales Rep seemed very clear about the location of the fence. We gave him a drawing and made a few minor changes to it. We were at work on the day the installers arrived, but our daughter was at home. She went outside to speak to the installers to make sure they understood the fence line. They nodded in agreement. Upon completion, my daughter explained that the installation of the fence was incorrect. The installers said, "we do not have enough fencing or supplies to complete the project as requested". Then they left. Upon returning from work, my husband and I were surprised to see our new fence cutting right across the middle of our lawn. We NEVER agreed to this, who would install a fence splitting a yard in half? I contacted Seegar's and had to leave a message since the office was closed for the day. They never returned my call. Six weeks went by, and we finally received a call and the Sales Rep returned. He basically told us that " this was the fence we had purchased and if it we wanted changes to be made, it would be at our expense". Do not do business with this company, they do not care about customer satisfaction!

We had our original consultation at the *****'s home on May 24th, 2021. At that time we meet with both Mr. and Mrs. *****. We measured the fence layout with them. They received the pricing proposal on May 25th, which states the type of fence, height of fence and linear footage of fence that was to be installed. The *****'s signed and returned the proposal (contract) on June 6th. Our installation team installed the fence on July 19th based on the exact layout that we measured at the original consultation. On September 21st we meet with Mr ***** and confirmed that the exact fence type, style and Linear footage of fence was installed per our contract. We offered to move the fence and install the additional footage they were requesting at an additional cost.
