    This company wildly overcharged for an inferior product. They charged nearly 500 for a single spring. The previous company I used (dons) replaced the other spring for 400 and replaced with an oil tempered spring, this company replaced the other spring with a galvanized spring (inferior) for $100 more. Do not use this company, they are ripping people off!

    I responded to a flyer that comes in the "Value Pack" in the mail. I saw for a lube and tune special for $39.99. The service tech came, but was a bit late. *** really. I told him the house ( and garage door) were less than 2 years old, and the door was kinda' noisy and a bit loud, but is working just fine. Less than 8 minutes later he's telling me the tension is all wrong on the cables and it will affect my spring and it needs a tune up. They look perfectly fine and identical. There really clean and tight. Then he said, "The door can come off the rail if the tension is not correct and it can cost you a lot of money!" Again, asking him to lube and tune up the door. He begins pressuring me to get a tune up (for $300.00 because, he said, the "spring can break and it can kill somebody". Seriously, kill somebody. Mind you, less than 2 years old, and not used often since we park outside. Me again, can you please lube and tune it? And I also asked him if there was anything he needed to do to check the motor- Him, "there's nothing to check on the motor, but I can spray some oil". So, I stayed in the garage and watched him take a can of WD-40 and spray the spring at the top of the door and the little pins between the panels that create the door. That's all he did. Nothing else. What a rip off. It's just a way for them to pressure people into getting unnecessary work done. I wish there was a way to leave no star.

    Horrible phone manners. Over priced for small projects. Life is short, we need contractors to have compassion for people and at least somewhat like your job. Money is important, that's why we work hard, but be truthful in whatever you do; blessings will come.

    Dishonest / Rude / Price Gouging Unfortunately I was also swindled by this business after receiving a coupon in the mail. My spring was broken($47 part at **********), and I also needed my safety sensors replaced ($13 part on Amazon). My technician ***** was so reassuring and kind, I immediately trusted him. But he did fail to provide an accurate estimate before actually completing the work. After less than 2 hours of labor he presents me with a bill of $732, which I probably would have politely declined the service if I knew this ahead of time. But since the work was done when I learned the cost, I felt over a barrel (I did question that the coupon was applied, but he reassured me it was). So the next day rolls around and I receive the invoice to my email. The invoice does not indicate any discount was applied, but to make matters worse- my garage door starts malfunctioning. So I reach out to ***** to first explain the invoice error to me, and also to come back to fix my garage door again. After 6 days of back and forth with ***** (and 6 days of not being able to securely close my door) he never did come back, or explain my invoice. So I went to customer **********************, spoke to ****** who immediately (and with slight hostility) turned it around on me, as if its my fault as a (paying customer) that my experience with there ********************** was inadequate. She talked over me, and lectured me on what I should have done differently. She also said that I have now lost my warranty on the work because I had implemented a solution to make the garage door close securely. Somehow there ******** page has many raving reviews which I now think must be fake given the rating here on the bbb. I am just so fed up with getting robbed by bad contractors. I do not understand how it is legal to price ***** like this, and I hope by putting this out there we can holistically demand better of our service techs and contracting businesses

    This company is ridiculous, we had coupons issued by ValPak, free service call and $39.99 lube and tune up - the technician, disengaged the safety switch, sprayed the hinges, tightened bolts figured our bill, claims he did motor work, which he did not as we were in the garage the entire time...tried to charge us $295.00. Called client services and was met with a very rude service rep person.

    I called to get an estimate and I kept being placed on hold literally every two seconds! It was unbelievable! I finally hung up then got a text saying I was booked and I called back to tell them I did not want them at my house due to the rudeness and the reviews I found that were all horrible and the man who answered had the audacity to ask why I was calling back and I said because I didn't want them coming to my property after the rudeness and the reviews seen here. Then they hung up on me while I was speaking. I would not recommend due to the complete lack of customer ********************** and lack of care exhibited just in a short phone conversation. Definitely a -10 or even -20. Just absurd.

    If negative stars possible it would be - 10 stars. Worst service company Ive ever experienced. Work preformed was great but cost was absurd, they offer all kinds of discounts but initial cost was insane. My $25 cable that broke cost $900+ to replace, but their discount brought it down to $600. I urge potential customers to please look at the BBB rating, this company has a history of ripping customers off

    This company is a major RIP-OFF; if there was a "zero" rating, that's what this place deserves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I made the first appointment 4-6 pm on Oct. 6. Confirmed via text message. But nobody showed up during that period, so I called and was told the tech was late but would come. Nobody showed up after 6 pm, I called again and was told no appointment was made. The staff told me appointment would be 3-6 pm on Oct 12, 2022. On Oct. 12, since nobody showed up, I called after 6 pm and was told the tech would be late. The tech finally arrived at 7:40 pm, but he said he had no part and needed deposit for order. He said he would come back next morning 9 am-12 pm. Hower, nobody showed up again. I called and the staff told me that there was no part. She rescheduled for this past Saturday am, again nobody showed up. I called again and was told the tech was coming at 12:51 pm. However, nobody showed up. I called again. The staff told me the tech was not coming (no part) and rescheduled on Oct. 18. I was so upset about the bad service and complained about it. The staff laughed and said she would transfer to customer service. Nobody answered the phone from customer service. I was so upset and canceled the appointment. I was refunded only part of my deposit today. I called and complained to customer service. The staff said they are short of staff and hanged up the phone. I did not get any service but lose money. This company's service is so bad. I should have read the previous reviews before calling for service. I totally agree with the previous review: "ANYWAY, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"
