The Duke Lazzara Development company has failed to adhere to the many requests from our residents at ***** Creek at ***************************. The entrance way and common areas hasn't been maintained for over a year. There are currently dead uprooted trees, weeds, dead dry grass and discolored mulch. We have waited over 2 years for a street sign for Maple Tree Ln. Many packages and home deliveries are dropped off at the wrong homes on a consistent basis. I personally paid my lawn guy to cut the grass near the mailboxes. After 41 pages of emails, the developer finally sent a crew to cut the areas leaving big grass piles by my house. It has been over 3 months now and no one has returned. We have piles of dog p*** by the mailboxes. We are still mandated to pay *************** when nothing has been turned over. Why are we paying, when the developer should be responsible to maintain the development in the meantime. No help to enforce the rules of the community, especially to the renters. We have standing water in some areas after heavy rain due to poor drainage. This cannot be good for our land or home foundations over time. Our driveways are such a hazard and damaging our cars! You pull out and the front of the car collides with the slanted driveway. A car repair bill waiting to happen for homeowners and visitors for damages. These homes were the builders least expensive. My mortgage and property taxes are still huge and should be treated with the same respect. The unusable walking trail paved with dry discolored mulch is a joke and insult. There are three retention ponds with grass areas that have NOT been maintained. It has come to our attention the residents were never told about a foul and toxic hog farm across the street, storing at least ***** hogs at once. What happens to the hogs run off? This info should have been disclosed to home buyers! I'm not sure why we are being treated this way. Maybe because the majority of the residents are black and brown families?
