My complaint is against Flores Handyman Services, ******* **. *****. I hired the said company for a shower floor replacement. The start date was 2-8-24 thru 3-5-24. During this time Mr ********************** and his son **** removed old tile to replace with a new shower floor. My floor was torn up three times because, (1) the mortar/thin-set did not hardened , (2) water was standing in shower because of improper install of tile, (3), the tile was uneven and water was still standing in shower. So, on 3-16-24, they sent someone else to reinstall the tile floor, which was **** and ****. **** and **** made some improvement on , but at the same time the shower was raised and you could cut your feet. I ********************** to come take a look and they refused. My shower doors were hitting each other silicone were exposed everywhere, they did a sloppy, unprofessional job. This company do not know how to install a tile floor. I gladly INVITE anyone to take a look at my shower. Some tiles had to taken out of the lower wall around the floor. They did NOT replaced wall tile back correctly. I asking for a full refund In the amount of $4000.00. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

We had issues with the client regarding material before we began the project she refused on acquiring new material. She stated that she has material that we can use from her previous bathroom shower remodel, the same shower that she contacted us about. The previous contractor had installed it incorrectly which lead to having mold, rotten wood, and leaks. We began the work installing her new shower floor with the material she had stored in her garage the mortar we received from her we laid that material down with the tile provided upon it drying the mortar the client had given us warped and was not able to be used. We pointed it out to her why it happened she proceeded to say why didn’t we use new material when she insisted we use what she had….. We had to rip up that floor and begin from scratch. We went out bought fresh and correct material laid and laid it down it took an excessive time to dry due to the leaks that the client had coming from both her shower-heads, which she did not want to address. Once material finally dried, client approved and was content few days go by she calls and asks that there are some touchups that need to be done, we make time head out and fulfill the request. Client is happy few days go by again she calls and is upset has a new issue regarding the shower floor, the time of which drainage of water. We then address issue we removed shower floor for a second to increase slope all is good . Client reaches out again upset that grout does not match her 5 year old grout that is on the shower wall tile and that it is still draining at a slow rate . At this point we are fed up we then contact a referred partner who took on the job. The two individuals completed all required work of client the shower floor the 4 bottom tiles from the wall that had to be removed and installed New pieces by the way, and drain as well as re installing her shower doors which were level and placed correctly . They left client happy and satisfied, client approved of the work that was done. Have proof due to videos and voice recordings. A few days go by .. client reaches out to me regarding touch ups that she wants done. Client purchased new tile and grout and was unhappy that grout was much darker than grout on her tile wall. when i told her I would not be the one doing this work that the individuals I had given the work over to and paid for them to do would be the ones responsible she was upset and stated I was being unprofessional. I stated to her I would call them and address the situation to them but if it was extra work that client wanted done I would not be paying the workers for it. I never denied the client of addressing her concerns or issues. She ignored the option I had given her.
