    I cancelled the 27th of november they processed and shipped out on the 29th of november an order for the 24th of november cancelling means cancelled stop all orders and dont charge account

    They make it difficult to cancel on line, and will not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted filters. I advise not doing business with them

    The customer submitted a case to customer care requesting to cancel his subscription on 5/3/23. A customer care agent responded on 5/4/23 confirming that the account was deactivated. Per our terms and conditions which he agreed to when starting service with us on 6/24/17 we do not accept returns. While we do offer refunds, the customer did not indicate in any requests to customer care that he wanted a refund until his complaint on 5/9/23. Our terms list the following " If you are unsatisfied with the Products for any reason we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided you request a refund within 30 days of your first delivery. A valid proof of purchase will be required." Since this customers first order processed on 08/01/17 deliveries after 08/31/17 would not be entitled to a refund. However, we do remedy issues with customer orders provided the customer submits a request on our help website or to the customer service phone number. Since the customer never mentioned any issues with his order or products received there is nothing to remedy other than the fact that he simply no longer wants the filters. The customer is encouraged to reach out to us directly and we are more than happy to help him navigate this situation.
