    My name is *****************************. I was awarded rental assistance in 2022 that was never paid. I have screenshots and email conversations as proof. *** sent numerous emails with no response in the past year. I was displaced from my home in January of 2022, because I was months behind on rent that this company didnt pay. I was unable to renew my lease due to the balance owed and ultimately had to move out of the apartment, the one thing they were supposed to prevent. I have an eviction on my public record, and collections debt from the apartment due to the unpaid rent. Can someone please assist with this matter? I have been trying to get in contact with someone for MONTHS! I began reaching out in October for recertification. I recertified in November, have those emails as well. They never responded with an approval until February. So of course Im no longer there because I got put out. Tried to apply at new address, but was ineligible because of the APRROVAL at the previous address. Monies are still owed and Im absolutely seeking it

    So back in April 2022 I came to Telamon for them to pay school tuition I was assigned to a case worker named ************ sent in all required documents she needed so in June 2022 I was told I was approved after that months went by I didnt hear from her so I reached out only to find out I was assigned another case worker named ********************** because ***** had left the company. Well same documents ***** asked for so was ****************** sent her all documents as well back in Sept2022 I was told I was approved for fall and spring tuition to be paid by them she asked me to send her a letter from the school stating the reason I was denied financial aid it had on there that I was due because I was on academic probation so **************** was aware on Dec.22,2022 I was told they wasnt gone pay for my fall tuition but theyll pay for my spring tuition and also said they would pay my rent and light bill since they couldnt pay for my fall tuition after that I didnt hear from ****************** sent emails no response I sent text messages no response so I finally reached out to ********************************* her supervisor. ******************* told me the same thing that I was approved for funding for my tuition and that they were going to pay for my spring tutition they sent documents for me to sign and one of those documents had the voucher amount the voucher number and it stated it was FUNDED ******************* contacted the school herself and told the school they would handle my spring tuition meaning they were going to pay well the semester is over I find out Telamon did NOT PAY THE TUITION I called ***************** to see what was going on and no response so I contacted ****************** she stated to me that **************** no longer works there and that Telamon is unable to pay my tuition o asked her why she said because of my academic probation but they was VERY AWARE that I was on academic probation before they approved me and before they agreed to pay my tuition so I tried numerous of times to contact Telamon headquarters no response until 3 days later they then tel me to speak with ****************** supervisor ***************** which denied my tuition payments and stated they would pay my rent light bill and car payment and in which neither one of those have been done I keep getting the tuna around and they definitely did a BREACH IN CONTRACT

    We acknowledge that turnover of staff resulted in inconsistent communication. However, ************** was notified that the training agreement was not approved once the Case Manager presented it to her manager due to *** below threshold. Other support was offered to offset the tuition, however the documentation ************** provided in ******* was insufficient. The Deputy Director communicated with ************** last week to review updated grades, which remain below the *** threshold. She again has been offering ******************* but will need documentation in order to follow through with payment.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I was told that was approved and that they were making a voucher to pay my spring tuition I was NEVER TOLD ABOUT MY GPA as you can see in those documents provided they all state that the tuition would be paid also in one of those documents it states that I wasn't approved for any other assistancethey told me they were going to pay my rent light bill car payment I've sent in documents numerous of times I NEVER spoke with the director or anybody higher then the caseworker supervisor they have failed to pay my spring tuition as they stated they also failed. In December I was approved for tuition payment after Telamon received my documents such as my grades my gpa and the course I was going to be taken so if my gpa was a problem then I would have never been approved. My GPA was a non factor upon approval now its time for them to pay the tuition and theyre bringing up every excuse  as to why they cant pay it.. Sounds bogus to me in these documents you will find that the caseworker I had and her supervisor both knew my gpa and grades before approval and after learning of my grades I was still approved for payment as I stated we signed a document with the voucher number the voucher amount the date the voucher was issued on so how can Telamon take that back its like when its time to for them to pay a thing that they agreed to pay they back out and find every excuse there is to keep from holding their side of the agreement

    The Telamon refuses to contact me about the status of my application. I have contacted them via phone and via email. They have my tax information and I need a response from them but no one from the Telamon Corporation will return my emails to the company.

    I applied for assistance and have been following up. I was advised that I did not complete the application that’s why my application was withdrawn. They changed systems and dis not process my original application. I submitted all requested information to the two different workers that requested it before the due dates. I even forwarded it to them each time I followed up. I keep being told that I had no application on file. But how could I not have a application on file and you requested information from me. All information was provide and my application was never processed and now that they are not accepting applications any longer or reviewing them they are making excuses to say that it was my fault when it was not I submitted all information. No one will answer the phone or return a call to explain what happened and this unacceptable. The two workers i worked with had a disconnect with my application and my family has to suffer on the error of someone else. This so not fair and unacceptable to us. Very dissatisfied and displeased with Telamon.

    1. I applied and was approved for funding. 2. I received funding. 3.I was recertified for funding Funding 4. I received funding (Funding,being based on family size & Income. 5. I applied for funding & funding was ;wrongfully denied) the computer application did not allow me to enter in my children. The case worker, supervisor, owner of the company ******* **** where all immediately notified of the problem. 5.The case worker that entered the was provided birth certificates tax refunds school lunch accounts and prior approvals showing the family size her supervisor ****** and both rudely refused to correct the matter threatened to attempt to reverse previous funding if she could find away. 6.The owner was made aware in numerous emails there has been no reply. The federally funded rental assistance is essential to the income bracket that I’m in. 7. The importance of proper calculation of income & family size is critical to these approvals for funding. The incompetence of the staff and awful outlandish rudeness of the staff results in the misappropriation of funding leaving families with out the rental assistance needed yet funded. Prior approvals show this denial to not correct.

    I first applied with House Wake in April of 2021. I was contacted by ****** ******* he was fast, effective, and responsive. Unfortunately, he was not honest. He reached out initially by email and then our business continued by phone and through fax for me to turn in required documentation. When he initially reached out I told him that hours had been reduced due to Covid and then I faxed in the required documentation. I received a call back from him and he said, unfortunately, we had been denied due to lack of response from our landlord. This is where the dishonesty happens, the denial happened in June and my landlord who knew we were applying (because she suggested it) reaches out 9/7/2021 and asks about an update. I explain to her what ****** told me and she says that was weird as she had not heard from them and asks if I can reapply. I reapply that evening (online) and then a few weeks later 9/22/2021 I get an email from them stating they received an email FROM MY LANDLORD on my behalf and that they needed more info, I reply and say that I have already filled out an application with all the requested info attached. A month later 10/25/2021 I get an email from a ******* ***** stating she was my new case specialist and that she needed further documentation and I had until 10/29/2021 to respond I responded 10/27/2021. I responded again to follow up 11/1/2021 to see if she got the documents. No response. I receive a mass email 11/17/2021 saying staffing was low and volume was high and she would reach out via email/phone. My husband and I continued to pay the best we could as to keep our balance low while waiting on assistance. We didn't hear anything we assumed we were good and House Wake was in talks with our complex. We got no summons or anything. We finally did get a summons on 8/23/2022 I reached out to my leasing office to figure out what was happening. They suggested I reach out to them again I have gotten the run around for a week.

    This application was denied 6/15/21 when not all required documents were provided. An incomplete application was submitted again 9/8/21 but all applicants had been instructed 9/20/21 they needed to reapply on new software prior to 1/24/22. They did not complete an application on the new platform before the cut off date, in fact it was just partially populated 8/23/2022, too late to be reconsidered. The denial decision stands.

    I never received any communication about reapplying on any new system. I have proof of emails sent FROM Telamon and received AFTER 9/20/21 where I responded with all requested documents. I continued to get correspondence until November 2021. I called the company and in THEIR system there is no other correspondence from them to me about that. I am tired of the excuses.

    I am an educator for *** and have been receiving assistance from Telamon since 2021. Recently 7-7-2022 I encountered an eviction and now homeless. I have been reaching out to Telamon specifically ***** ********* since April of 2022. I did not receive a response from her until I reached out to legal aid and constantly called Telamon which put a push on ****** ability to respond. Once I heard from ***** she then stated that I should have contacted her sooner in which that statement was extremely manipulative considering I have been reaching out. I then sign a direct tenant form to pay off my apartment balance and ***** then sends me an email 7-19-22 stating it’s voided. Telamon representatives have shown that moving in a pace full manner just doesn’t matter when it does! I am extremely disappointed considering I the tenant has been put out due to Telamon Incompetence. Documents available -***** ** ******

It appears that at least 14 months of assistance through June 2022 was provided. Unfortunately, the program requirements were that once a tenant was in an eviction action we were unable to provide additional assistance.

    I had been periodically checking the online portal and noticed i was approved around the beginning of May. I noticed it bad been a month later and the online portal was still saying approved pending landlord so i called. On June 8th, 2022 I made contact with the organization and was told that they hadn't received correspondence from the landlord, that they would try again that day and if nothing had been received they would notify me so that i could sign the necessary documents for direct tenant pay. A little over a week had gone by I hadn't heard received any correspondence so i again i called. June 16, 2022 i contacted them and i was told that Mr. ****** ***** would proceed with contacting my landlord again and if unsuccessful he would continue on with the necessary documents for direct tenant pay that it couldn't be processed and submitted for payment until then. Mr.***** emailed me and proceeded to explain my frustration as i was just told the exact same thing a week ago. on June 20,th 2022 i was strolling through my downloads and i found the original statement that needed the landlords signature along with mine and the workers also, dated for 05/06/2022 so i signed it and sent it to Mr. *****. June 22, 2022 i contacted ********* to see if Mr. ***** was indeed able to contact the landlord and to verify that he received the signed document. I was told Mr. ***** nor his associate were able to reach the landlord that he would reach out to me so we could move forward with direct tenant pay. A little while later instead of receiving documents for direct tenant pay, i received an email from Mr. ***** requesting an updated lease, an updated copy of my id after verifying it just expired this past april, and other documents as if I'm applying the the program all over again which would make the third time. i thought an approved application is just that

    I been trying to reach Telamon for my payment for my rent and I get no response this has been going on since last year. Payments have not been consistent and I was forced to sale my 2020 Altima to make my payments to keep my place. I’m also a dialysis patient I have stage 5 kidney failure and I need to be stable for treatment. I have court today 6-3-22 for eviction and I still haven’t gotten any response for the hold up. I already been approved up to July for payment so can you help me.
