    Hired a janitorial company to service the Dental office. In September services started to decline. We had the franchise owner come in for a walk through and gave them a second chance to do better. In November it was as if nobody was coming into the office. We reached out several times and got no response. We got a hold of the area operations manager and informed him we would like to cancel services and have our key returned. The manager stated he would be in contact with the franchise to get our key back and not charge for services for month of November. Our office card was charged for November, I have made several attempts (all traced through email, text and call logs). To get our office key back. Each time we ask for our office key they say "we are waiting to talk to our cleaners and will get back to you." Now we have gotten to the point where we are two months in and our calls are ignored. We need these services to stopped being charged and we need the key to our dental office back to us as at this point it is stolen property. I have contacted the business in "corporate" and left a voicemail and nobody will get back to me to give me my property back and remove my payment method from my non existent services.
