    Do not contract this company. They are diahonest, incompetent and they do not return calls. After they gave my wife a diagnosis for our dishwasher they turned around and submitted a completely different report to our warranty company. I have left over 10 messages with them to try and question the different reports. A week and a half later and I have still not received a call back. This company is extremely unprofessional and ******. There are plenty of other companies to choose from. I am.certain that any of these will be a better choice. Save yourself time, money and a lot of heartache by not using this company.

    ****************, it is unfortunate that you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service appointment. The decision provided by the appliance warranty company is based on a forthright report of the condition of the appliance(s). As an approved and recommended vendor, we strive to follow the warranty companies policies and procedures. Once a decision is provided by the warranty company, they communicate the details of a denial or approval (should parts be ordered by them). Reports are provided directly to the warranty company. It is unfortunate that at times there may be a misunderstanding of services rendered and approved by the warranty company but policies and procedures are followed for each customer accordingly. Please refer to the warranty company for additional information. Thank you.
