So today is Sunday. That point one.
I arrived to blue flames yesterday to get my truck inspected. A kind lady help means said it would be 2 hrs. Didn't wanna wait so I said I would come BK the next morning early. I did that. Arrived at 8:45-8:50am. The lady wasn't there. But a white shirt little guy with a white beard was. He took my keys and instructed that I had 10 mins to wait and the inspection tech would come in and do my vehicle. Let me remind you there is no appointments
Gave him my keys and left outside. 9am came around... 9:15 came around and no one got my car. But other techs were getting other cars to fix. I went n at 9:17 on the dot and asked when will I get done. He told me after the inspection guy does brakes. Ummm excuse me sir why after he do brakes. That's not what you told me. He puffed his chest out and told me to go somewhere else. Pretty much if I didn't like it. After the misunderstanding. I still stayed and tired to fix it since it was now 40 mins I have waited. He told me no. The inspection guy even wanted to do it. He told him no. I was confused cause the owner was the one who said soon as he got in I would be down. After trying to get the owner of blue flames to have great customer service and resolve the issue even after begging, pleading and offering a tip. He told me to kiss his ass. And I'm a returning customer and wanted to return again.
I will Neva eva eva refer anybody unless they are n dying need.
And I will let the world know how they conduct business. There were not making it right and he was the owner not and manager. I thought customer service was to resolve issues and making it right for both parties
