    Industrious Office BBB **mplaint for unfair & criminal leasing practice, discrimination, failure to return deposit. I signed a 1 yr lease with a deposit in December 2022 for ** working membership at 31 ****************** ** ** with global access and was inform that day shortly after accepting my payment that I was on termination warning for being "unprofessional". I was billed for 2 months + deposit and visited the offices 3 times in 2 locations mainly for printer and desk access. The office manager informed me at the ***** location that they terminated my lease in 2023 without any written documentation and did not refund my deposit. I have been a member at other Coworking spaces and am also a landlord and Co-op owner. Ac**rding to the terms of the lease, I should have at least received written documentation of the lease termination and had my deposit refunded. I **ntacted them by phone, email and social media to request my deposit refund and have not received a response.Terms for membership and business professionalism should have been reviewed before accepting my payments and deposit for a 1 year membership and office space lease. Ac**rding to the lease, the deposit should have been refunded in 60 days from lease termination.I would like to file a **mplaint against Industrious Office business and hope they are not **ntinuing this type of discrimination, unfair leasing practice and theft. I should have at least been refunded my deposit and Industrious Office leasing practice is theft and needs to be stopped immediately.
