I want the outstanding items remedied PLUS a 25% refund via certified funds. I've been very consistent in my request. Yet **** ********* the owner of Wow, keeps ignoring this stipulation.Copies of contract and photos to be provided. This project was started in March with a $2,000.00 deposit made on March 7, 2022. It was “concluded” on April 23, 2022, with a payment of $9,777.82. Keep in mind **** wanted me to settle up with him prior to the project being finalized because he was departing for Las Vegas for a conference. I refused because this wouldn't have been good business sense. His crew painted over rotten wood, replaced a gutter upside down, almost lost my flag holder, spilled paint on the Baldwin brass door fixtures, spilled paint on the dining room copper roof, and the copper eyebrow over the front door and in my trash can. The paint on the copper eyebrow remains. Worst of all Angel, an employee, took it upon himself to traipse through the 2nd floor bedrooms, bathrooms, & the 3rd floor plus the third floor walk-in attic with an open can of paint to paint the window sills. This was done WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. HIS EXCUSE WAS THAT IT WAS EASIER, FASTER BECAUSE HE WAS SO SMALL!!! What about my belongings? Note, the front door & the side garage doors weren't painted professionally & will have to be stripped, sanded, & primed before being re-painted. Supposedly the company only has 1 person on staff that paints door, ***** **** should have done this initially. Had he done so, we wouldn’t have the problems we do with the doors. I’m not sure why my schedule has to revolve around ****** schedule. I have repeatedly asked the owner to confirm receipt of the 25% refund in certified funds but he ignores my requestst. This is not an outrageous request. I will be happy make myself available for **** and **** to return to finish the job. WOW should the right & ethical thing & issue me the 25% refund via certified funds. I’d like for this project to be completed ASAP.
