      On August 2, 2022 I paid Pet Paintings By Nicole for a pair of custom painted Vans shoes. I purchased the shoes directly from Vans and had them shipped to her in **************. She was to do a custom painting on the shoes. I paid $65 for the shoes and then sent Pet Paintings by Nicole $91.50 to her services. The order confirmation stated there was a 3-4 lead time for the order. Near the end of August 2022, I emailed and asked for status of the order as it was a birthday gift. On 8/22/22 I received a reply saying my order had not been processed at that time and I would receive an email once they have shipped. Since that time I have followed up with them over a half a dozen times and have not received a reply. On October 25, 2022 Pet Paintings by Nicole sent a standard email to all customers stating they were backlogged. That is the last communication I have seen. I would like this company to pay for the services they never provided and to reimburse me for the shoes I purchased and had shipped directly to them.

      I placed an order with this company May 2022 for them to paint my dog on a pair of platform converse shoes that I bought and sent in. I also paid this company to do the artwork on the shoes. On June 6, 2022 they confirmed they received my shoes I sent in and we discussed what reference photo should be used. At the time I placed the order, the turn around time was 12 to 14 weeks. I received an updated photo of the shoes that basically looked completed to me in July 2022. In August of 2022 I asked for an update. I was told my shoes were in the last phase of completion and would be sent to me soon. In October 2022, I asked for another update with no reply as well as December 2022 with no reply. I did however receive a mass sent email of apology from this company saying they were running slow but no personal update on my shoes. I recently asked for another update in February 2023 and sent and Instagram DM with no replies. I have no received my shoes. This company also advertises a 6 month turn around time under their policies and it has been much more longer than that for me. I just want my shoes that I paid so much money for. I want to add that I am very kind, patient and understanding. You will find it within my emails. However, I now feel as though that was taken advantage of and I am very frustrated at this point.

      I ordered brand new sneakers from ****** and shipped directly to her address august of 2022. She agreed to paint a dog of mine that passed on them. I also paid for that service in advance. It would take 6 weeks. I received an email in December stating she was behind. I have tried to reach out via email and social media and no reply. I would like either what I ordered and or my full money back.

      Order placed 8/2/2020 Cost $100 I ordered a a customs pair of hand painted sneakers. I have confirmation from The business they received my vans that I had to separately purchase on 8/16/2022 and was told a 8 weeks lead time. She sent a mass email to all clients on 10/25 apologizing for the delay and that she’s been unresponsive and overwhelmed with orders. It is now 2/19/2023 and I’ve heard not heard anything since . have emailed and messaged on multiple occasions with zero response or update. She have removed public comments from others asking for an update as well. I am just looking for a refund at this point.

      Date of Transaction: 9/15/2022 Ammount: $223 Order Number: **** The business committed to custom vans with pet portraits, based on the the 159.00 for the portraits and 64.00 for the vans to be mailed to her directly to create the project. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about the order status. If not able to complete the project, requesting a refund. No hard feelings, just a lot of money that I could use elsewhere for my family.

      I paid $81 on august 2 2022 w a debit card for a personalized pet Painting from this business. I never received the product and after dozens of attempts to get a response, a product update and/or a refund, the website only sent generic responses saying they were behind and would eventually get to my request. I could not find a phone number for this ******* based business so my outreach was limited to email and Instagram direct messages. For one response - which this owner clearly sent to multiple contacts - the subject line was FURIOUS and went on a rant about how annoying it was that her customers complained about late or no delivery and lack of response. I tried getting my bank to do a reverse charge but they said it was outside their 60 day window to resolve.

      I customed order a pair of hey dudes to be painted for a gift for someone in August 2021. I paid to have a pair of hey dudes (approx 100 dollars) which are shoes to be shipped to the address the owner Nicole provided in NC . I ******’s prime the shoes to the location which were confirmed delivery . I have emailed numerous times to get an update on my custom order that was in total over $200 dollars . Numerous people have be scammed by this business and have STOLEN products that were sent to be painted . She has not answered any emails and have been blocking messages. This business is a scam and needs to be shut down . Many people are in similar situations. This business is NOT a business but a scam and she is a scam artist literally. She can’t complete orders for over 6 months but online states she is accepting new orders is unacceptable

      I placed an order with Nicole on July 26 2022. I had to purchase my own shoes and send them to her business in *******. I spent $162 for her to paint my shoes with my dogs faces on them. I also spent another $69.71 on converse to have them shipped to her as she did not supply shoes at the time i ordered. She did contact me a couple times regarding my order for some pictures of my dogs and i got 1 email of an update of my shoes where she did paint some of my shoes. ever since august i have not heard a word back from her. when i got my confirmation email it said the current lead time for shoes was 3-4 weeks. it has been almost 7 months.

      My order was confirmed by ****** on 8/11/22 and I have not received a single update or photo as she stated in my order confirmation. I paid Nicole $90 for her service plus the $80 pair of Van’s (shoes) that I sent her to paint. She does not respond to emails so this was my only resort. I’m afraid to cancel my order because I fear that she will charge a cancellation fee and/or not return the shoes.
