    AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I ordered a bandana and it took a month and a half to arrive. It was too small. I let them know, they said they would send me a new one. Now that's been about another month and a half. I sent ONE inquiry email to find out what's going on and they very RUDELY told me off. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. They are so rude and do not care about the customer. They just upset the wrong person. Here is their rude email:Please stop messaging us about this order. We already told you it was *********** paid $20 after discount, and we still were willing to ship two packages to you! Shipping cost us $8 and we paid it twice. The product itself costs us $10 each so we also paid it twice. So were already down $16 just to get this to you.Were a small business, and getting emails from you every other day takes up time we honestly dont have. Just be patient and wait for your package.This is the last time were replying.Take care.

    I ordered 3 leashes in November 2023. It took 4 months for me to finally receive and they sent the wrong leashes-2 dog leashes instead of single leashes. They are buying from 3 parties. I tried to get a refund from Wag-but since supreme supply used **************** credit card to buy them and send them to me -I was unable to get my refund. I sent them photos last week and again today with no luck.I will never purchase from this company again. They have cute clothes-but I will use other sites.4 months hassling over dog leashes is very bad business.I would give them no stars if I could.

    After waiting a month on my initial order, the item I received did not match the measurements described and the item was two sizes too small. I wanted to return for a refund but was informed refunds are not allowed, only store credits. I reluctantly ordered a replacement item a month ago and have still not received any confirmation if or when it will be shipped. Thankfully, AmEx is good about disputes when businesses do not behave properly.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took weeks to ship my items. I emailed them asking for an update and got no response. So after the 3rd message I opened a ****** case then they ship my items. I had already asked for a refund and they still continued to ship the item. Then I get the package and it's the wrong item. I asked for a refund again and a label but they continued to send me a replacement.. I got a refund from ***** but this has been such a hassle!! STAY AWAY!!!

    I placed an order totaling $77 on July 23rd and have yet to receive my items as it is now October 24th. I have emailed but never received a response to date. Due to not receiving my items or a reply, I have no choice but to believe this is a scam site. They lure you in with items that pet parents find unique and would love for their fur baby to have. Buyer beware!

    Terrible! They listed on their page a set of harness and leash, with the option to purchase either item individually or both as a set. I purchased the leash. After about 4 weeks, what I received was a harness (of questionable quality, per how it looks through the plastic wrap). I let them know of their error. Initially they did reply quickly and asked for photos. I sent them photos of the item I received, along with photos from their page showing the item ordered vs the item sent. The leash is the cheapest of the items, so there is no question that they sent me the incorrect product. It has been nearly 7 weeks and the last reply I got was over a week ago after I sent many requests for an update. It said they were sending a message to their people to locate the right item and send it to me, and that I would get an email with tracking. I have asked for an update and have not heard back. I sent a new email restating that if they don't have the item, fine, but then refund my money. I am happy to send their more expensive item back to them on their dime. I want what I paid for or my money back. Do not buy from these people.
