The canvas picture is so dark that characters on the canvas cant be seen nor any details of the rugs under them. Its just solid black rugs when the image should have details on the rugs. The wiring method sent to hang the painting cant support this canvass weight. The framing is done in wood when wood was not the option chosen. However, no one will ever respond just like eveyone elses complaint. On the Contact Us page it says Call us Mon- Fri 9-5. I called at 1 pm Eastern time on a non holiday weekday, which would be between 9-5 but again, it goes immediately to an automatic message saying we are closed and are only opened from Mon-Fri 9-5, but again this is Mon-Fri 9-5 non-holiday and so as we can see, they wont respond to mail, chat, or phone ever. Look, I dont even know why this company is in business or allowed to blatantly lie to everyone and give everyone a runaround continuously. I would like a refund. That is all.
