If I could mark "0" stars I would. The billing co. for the Winchester, VA Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic, based in Raleigh, NC should not be in business. Their record keeping for a simple 2 office visits, payment made at the time of the visit with exception of xray which I didn't know the cost of until the bill came (after ins. paid), and that $15 payment was made at the 2nd visit. These visits were 7/13/22 (w/ xray), and 8/30/22. It is now 2/16/23 and they are still harrassing me even after the receipts showing payment for all three services were faxed to them. When you call to ask to speak to the manager she's either not there, not available or in a meeting. I have made numerous attempts to contact her without success. The office mgr for the Winchester Office relayed the information that "0" was owed to the billing co. but obviously, just like my calls to her were "supposedly" never relayed to her that I called, were unsuccessful. I want everyone to know that if they need foot care DO NOT go to Valley Health sponsored Foot and Ankle Specialists or you will get continuously hounded and when you try to reach someone about it you'll get "crickets". Also, be aware that even though you have made timely payments, this can be reflected on your credit report!
