      The mailboxes for this apartment property has been broken for months and they are not fixing it. We had to call the post office to find out why we were not receiving mail and was told the boxes are broken and it's the apartments responsibility to fix them. Employees at the post office has told us they have let management at the apartments know its up to them to fix them not the post office. Management here has not ever sent us a notice letting us know they're broken and may need to get our mail at the post office and said they send notices as they see fit. Considering mail is considered federal this issue needs to be taken care of immediately.

      Autumn Ridge/ *************************** are attempting to to charge my roommate and I a bit over 700 dollars because we are no longer staying in the apartment complex. Stating we left the apartment with multiple problems. But all these problems we already there when we arrived prior. And we notified them about the problems we were having. One being a major leak that they took over a month to repair, we had mold for multiple weeks on our ceiling with is very unsafe! The cabinets were broke from the repair man they sent to fix the leak, and he never came back and assembled the cabinets which they are trying to charge us for. My biggest issue is Autumn Ridge knew they did not take care of us for multiple months and now they are trying to still get money out of us and never truly resolved are problems and we were so uncomfortable living some nights we couldnt stay in a place were were paying for!! If there is anyway this could help it would mean so much. *************************** the Property manager will not return any of my emails or calls.
