      I wouldn't even give them a one star. Maybe its just their apartments at ****************** in ******* **. Black Mold is growing in the breeze way and in most of the residents windows. When you request maintenance for the issue they will ignore it or stand in your apartment and tell you to clean it up and what you need to buy to clean the black mold up, and then you might get a lecture about maintaining proper ventilation in your unit from the property manager. The problem with the black mold is that it keeps on coming back. Maintenance will wipe the outside of building with bleach and water but will not wipe down windows and window ceils inside the unit themselves. I've got more pictures and proof that they are the worst. Not to mention the odor associated with the mold. Sleepless nights behind not being able to breath. Sinus, problems behind this expose, rashes/hives, and gasping for air is just a few problems you may face if you decide to move over there. Death is only option for renters for more severe health problems.

      They are a slump landlord. They don't take care of their property in ****** at *************************************************
