    **** and ******** were my prime contacts though i did speak with *******, and all of them were excellent to work with. I've always been leary of company's like We buy ugly homes/Homevestors just based on their buildboards, but no more. If you're looking for a traditional listing they might not be the right company, but if you're looking for a legitamite company with a good team that's willing to put in the work to make your life easier this is the one. My situation was like many where a property was part of an estate and there was no way i could do what needed to be done and funds were needed to settle the estate and fulfil another owner's last will and testament. Homevestors made the process easy for me. There was a good amount of leg work due to title issues that happened (or didn't happen) decades ago, and I kept waiting for HV to say it wasn't worth their time, but they were patient and saw the process through to the end. I greatly appreciate their efforts and being a company that found a place to operate.

    My parents dreaded having to sell and move BUT HomeVestors made every aspect of selling their home so much easier. **** and his team worked with my parents and me and were there whenever we had questions or needed clarification. My mom got sick during the process and they checked on her frequently and also accommodated on date changes we needed due to her being sick. They made my parents feel more at ease at selling their home. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HomeVestors

    I cannot thank HomeVestors enough for the positive experience we had selling our home to them! Our home suffered 7 years of damage raising adult kids and their families. We didn't think we would ever get what the home was worth in the condition it was in and couldn't afford to fix it.. But, they gave us more than we ever thought and made it an easy, painless process! We closed in 2 weeks, allowing us to keep our scheduled move date!
