    I made an order for around $170 on July 27, 2022 and my order was supposed to take no more than six months to be made. It has now been almost a year and a half, and I still have not received my order. I also paid for add-ons and changes to my order. Their business owner is claiming that she no longer has any more funds for supplies so its going to take her a lot longer to finish orders. She will not refund me and she will not send me my jewelry. There are so many other customers waiting to receive their precious keepsake jewelry pieces and I dont think any of them will be receiving them as she is begging for money on her ******** business page. When she or one of her admin, finally responds, they are rude and give us a sob story about why the jewelry has not been completed at the end of the day, I got robbed over $170 and I wish can be done to this irresponsible Business owner.

    Placed my order on August 23, 2022 and paid my $497 invoice through PayPal August 23 as well. I ordered a 2 ring set, a pair of earrings, a necklace and a pendant. I sent my inclusions in, and the company confirmed they arrived and were processed on September 11, 2022. On Sept 12 the owner confirmed my order qualified for rush processing i added it to my order and paid the $56 invoice. The turn around time at that point for rush orders was ***** days (not including weekends or holidays). I received the 2 ring set and the necklace on December 23, 2022. I received the pendent on February 10, 2023, and I am still waiting on the earrings, all over the quoted turn around time for this order. I ended up having to send the main ring back in for repair in February, because of intentions and air bubbles in the stone. After the company received my ring and had it over a month went by with no communication, I reached out for an update. She provided a pic of the repaired ring. I did not recognize it. I asked if it was the same time, she advised it was. When questioned why she did not repair the ring as she had previously described to me, she advised it could not be fixed that way. I advised the way she repaired the ring, changed the entire appearance of the ring, and I was no longer happy with the stone. At this point the owner became extremely defensive, advising me she would not and does not reach out to advise when she has to change your stone. She refused to remake the stone, or offer any other possible solutions to returning the stone to its prior appearance. Instead she became very rude, very unprofessional. This ring was being made of my late fiancees ashes, I personally placed the order with the owner to avoid miscommunication the appearance of the stones. Instead of trying to find any sort of resolution that would satisfy us both, she continued to be rude and gaslighting the situation. I treated to explain, but was only met with accusations of complaining
