WARNING: We first called Baker Roofing to have a quote done on getting a new roof, the quote was good so we said ok. I live in a 888sqft home. Baker Roofing started work on my roof on Nov. 6th, which was on a Wednesday, on that day they finished 3/4ths of the roof and I was told they would be back the next day to finish the rest of the work. The next day came and went without anything being done. No communication whatsoever, so I had to call them and find out why they were not finishing the work. I was told they had started another job and wouldn't be able to make it...they returned on Friday, Nov. 8th and by the end of the day they had removed the gutter from my front porch and the work on that area STILL wasn't finished. They also had failed to notice a section that was badly damaged and needed to be repaired, I was told by the ******* that he couldn't believe his workers had missed it. I was told that they would return the following week to finish and that I needed to be patient. The following week came and went, no communication, no call, text or email...absolutely nothing. I already had to call the project manager once, this time I emailed the project manager and the ******* to find out what was going on. This time the ******* wrote me back and told me I should have been patient and the badly damaged spot was now out of the scope of work, so it was not covered under the financing we had gotten for the roof in the beginning and I would have to schedule a day and pay out of pocket to fix it, I was furious. On Nov. 22nd they finished and FINALLY reinstalled the gutter.WARNING: Do not let this company do ANYTHING to your house, you will have to chase them down to get the work done that YOU are paying them to do and in the end you will feel like you got screwed, just like me. It took them 2 /12 weeks to finish a roof on an 888sqft home, if I hadn't chased them down I would still be waiting.
