    We hired them to do a huge deck addition & replaced our windows. Gave him a LARGE deposit in May 2024,expecting the project to be started in late June or early July.After dozens of excuses, and suspicious messages,we began following up on his statements.Turns out the majority of them were outright lies. Our windows were installed in OCTOBER 2024, with an October sticker on the windows. We were told the windows were in storage at his house,yet the local supply store said they had just arrived. Then, once 11 of the 14 were installed,he "don't know what happened to our smallest window".It was NEVER ORDERED. After much thought, we told him not to return for the remainder of the project. He said he understood and "didn't blame us at all". When we requested the deposit back, he asked what the price he quoted was for the windows?!I have the text messages from November 26 where he stated he was "working on getting it to us either tomorrow or Friday."He has since stopped responding to my text messages.
