I had Certified replace our roof, then our siding, and when our enclosed porch needed structural repair and deck needed rebuilding, I had them do those too. They do good quality work, communicated clearly, and on the rare occasions that something isn't quite right, they take care of it. The owner of the business checked in with us on each project to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. Excellent experience each time.Review from Ryan P

***** and his crew helped ** plan out and build a patio extension and covering. It is a wonderful new addition to our home; our new favorite place to hang out! They were easy to work with, clear in communication. We had one minor concern, and they addressed it promptly. I would definitely recommend them, and would hire again if we have any other similar projects.

The quality and workmanship of our new screened in deck and stamped concrete patio was superior. Workmanship was professional, on time, within budget, and excellent. ***** was there nearly everyday to oversee the work and ensure we were happy with everything. We were very pleased with the project that Certified Roofing and Siding Specialist LLC completed for us this summer in 2022. The project included the screening in our existing deck, building a new open deck, and building a concrete patio pad. The various subcontractors all did good quality work in a timely fashion. There was always good communication with the subcontractors and the main contractor for the project. The owner of the business was deeply involved with the project and made several visits to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. We appreciated that the permits and inspections were well controlled and coordinated. The team from Certified Roofing & Siding did a FANTASTIC job. They replaced my old masonite siding with vinyl and refurbished my deck with new rails, stairway, posts and decking planks. They were there when they said they would be. The quality of work couldn't have been better. They were polite and considerate and cleaned everything up when they were done. I have had several bad experiences in the past with workers doing projects in and on my home. I needed to have vinyl siding installed. My fear was that I would be disappointed again. That was not the case! CRSS was AMAZING from start to finish! The workers were highly skilled and true professionals. All work was done in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations! In addition to the siding, they installed gutters, painted the foundation, my porch and even the mailbox post. The workers were punctual and got to work right away. I really appreciated how they cleaned up every day before they left for the day. The president of the company was on site often. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed of every step of the project. I was also given the option of a payment plan. I would recommend CRSS to anyone who wants the BEST in the business! This company; Certified Roofing & Siding Specialist, is unimaginable! The detailed explanation given as to all the materials that will be used, and the manner in which they will be installed; gave me the confidence that I have chosen the right company (not an average roofer) for the job. From the time I signed the agreement to the time the roof was installed; totaled less than five (5) business days, and the actual preparation & installation was completed in just about 4.5 hours. The Team was very professional, demonstrated a high level of expertise, delivered as promised, did a thorough clean-up, and due to limited space; I will just close in saying that they have earned my superb customer-appreciation, and will be recommended many, many times by me. I'm not one to leave reviews but after recieving such great service I feel it's warented. Plain and simple after getting 4-5 quotes to rebuild our deck with an expansion we chose CRSS. Highly recommend CRSS. We had our screened-in porch completed and we are so happy with how it turned out. We initially spoke with Josh to share what we wanted and were able to discuss all our options and different price points of what we felt comfortable with. The whole process was easy and we could ask questions at anytime as we took a few days to decide what we wanted. Once we were ready to go and received HOA approval, the team came out and got to work right away. You could tell they were experienced and skilled carpenters. They even made a few tweaks here and there to deliver exactly what we wanted. We couldn't believe how quick they were as the whole project took them just slightly over a day, which I thought would have been at least 2 full days with the size of the porch.
