However, he was unable to repair a loose s**** in the bathtub and stated that replacing the entire tub was necessary.Dispute:I am currently being asked to contribute $500 towards the cost of the bathtub replacement, while the program will cover $200. I find this request unreasonable, especially considering the initial understanding that the program covers repairs in full. This situation resembles the behavior of warranty companies that engage in upselling, which is unacceptable for a program specifically designed to assist residents with necessary repairs.Request:I kindly request a review of this matter and a reconsideration of the financial responsibility allocated to me. I believe the entire cost of the bathtub replacement should be covered by the program, as initially agreed upon.
