I have been contacted by ************ of ******** to resolve the problem I have had. He suggested a possible remedy to resolve the ongoing issue with the Gateway communication. I accepted the offer, and am awaiting further guidance. The communication between the Gateway and inverter was the only issue I have encountered, and ************ explained to me what was happening. The problem has not disrupted solar generation from the panels, and I am happy with that. Therefore, I am revising my review since they reached out to me to for a permanent solution which I hope will resolve the issue.

My Solar system was turned on about 10 Days ago by ******** . Everything working well.I couldnt be any more happier. From the start with ***** (Sales guy) to the ***********ordinator ***** to the installation *****************, everyone went above and beyond. The entire team did a great job. I would like to recommend them. They were cost effective, and the output *********** is more than was promised.

8m installed our solar panels and I have to say the process was seemless. Our assigned team was very professional and the installation crew was knowledgeable and efficient. We couldn't be happier with the experience. Our panels were installed just a few weeks ago and my wife and I are already considering adding more panels to the other side of our roof. Will definitely do more business with 8M in the future.
