    I purchased a wash machine from Discount Appliance August 2022 for a rental property. The renters reported issues with the washer within 2 weeks. When the washer has a full load, the washer will stop working and the circuit breaker has to be re-set. Spoke to ******* to have the repairman came and supposed fixed the washer on Sep 10. The renter knows how to make the washer work and the issue only happens when on a full load so they did not call to report more issues. Spoke toAbraham again in January as the renter now said the washer is having more issues. ******* said it is the circuit break causing the issues. I had an electrician come out to test out the circuit breaker and washer outlet on 2/16/23. The electrician found no issues with any electrical circuits or outlets and all electrical is up to code and working correctly. Spoke ******* to request the washer be replaced as it is a washer issue, not a circuit breaker issue. I insisted he replace the washer with a different washer. ******* informed me I would have to pay $99 to have the washer exchanged. There have been issues with the washer since September and I should not have to pay to have the washer exchanged for another washer. I spoke with ******* again on 2/20/23 and he said to call T about the washer. I spoke to T and he said he would have to talk with ******* about the washer and would call back the next day. On 2/21/23 I called T from a different number since he would not answer my cell phone number. T said I would have to call ******* again to arrange for the exchange and pay $99. I called ******* immediately and ******* said T would be handling the issue as he was leaving out of town. I called T back and he said ******* is the only person who could authorize the exchange without me paying another $99. I want the washer exchanged for free as the washer has had issues since it was purchased in August. I have the text thread as evidence.
