    Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Replacement Window Order with LEI Home Improvement Raleigh Office I am filing a complaint against ********************, Raleigh office, regarding an unresolved replacement window under contract. We first contacted them via email on April 4, 2024, at 1:33 PM, to request the replacement of a window specified in our contract. Since then, the company has failed to fulfill their obligation, despite repeated attempts to follow up.Timeline of Events:On June 7, 2024, we received an email stating we had provided the wrong serial number. On June 12, 2024, we provided the correct serial number and were informed that the part was ordered and a call would be made to schedule the replacement. However, no call came.Despite multiple attempts to follow up, including emails and phone calls, we have received no updates. As of January 30, 2025, we still have not heard from the company, nor have we received the replacement window.Details:Date of Transaction: The window was purchased with a contract signed before April 2024.Amount Paid: $15,000.Commitment from the Business: ******************** committed to providing a lifetime warranty on the windows purchased, including the replacement.Nature of the Dispute: LEI Home Improvement has failed to replace the window under the terms of the contract and has not provided any updates or communication despite repeated follow-up efforts.Attempts to Resolve: The company has not attempted to resolve the problem after our multiple inquiries. There has been no communication from their end since June 2024.This delay has caused undue stress and inconvenience. We are requesting that *** Home Improvement fulfill their contractual obligations and provide us with a clear timeline for when the window will be replaced. We ask the Better Business Bureau to assist in facilitating communication and resolution.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Sept 2019 Two windows replace in dinning room and one center window in front bay window. The bay window has a broken seal and the window is cloudy and streaked. This has only recently happened. I was told the windows were guaranteed. I have called five different numbers and no one answers or returns my calls or emails.

    I am rejecting this response because:  On 9/30/2019 and 11/20/2019 I paid for a total of $2855.00 for a two regular windows and one center window of a bay window. The bay window has a broken seal and is cloudy and needs replacement. I was contacted by ********************************************************* after I filed a previous claim through BBB. I was told they had filed a claim and later was told window was to be shipped April 5th and I would be notified. I have haven't heard anymore from them. They do not answer the phones or return calls on several numbers I have called. Please guide me on what else I can do. *************************** ************ ************
