Sept 2019 Two windows replace in dinning room and one center window in front bay window. The bay window has a broken seal and the window is cloudy and streaked. This has only recently happened. I was told the windows were guaranteed. I have called five different numbers and no one answers or returns my calls or emails.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: On 9/30/2019 and 11/20/2019 I paid for a total of $2855.00 for a two regular windows and one center window of a bay window. The bay window has a broken seal and is cloudy and needs replacement. I was contacted by ********************************************************* after I filed a previous claim through BBB. I was told they had filed a claim and later was told window was to be shipped April 5th and I would be notified. I have haven't heard anymore from them. They do not answer the phones or return calls on several numbers I have called. Please guide me on what else I can do. *************************** ************ ************

This business has failed and continues to fail to honor its warranty. For the second time in as many years the rubber on the bottom of the front door has torn and requires replacement. We notified this business on October 2, 2021 and were told a person would contact us. It is now 11/20/2021 and not only haven't we heard from the "person" who was supposed to repair the rubber piece but the company is failing to respond to emails.Business response

More Information from Consumer Today, 11/17/2021 this business repaired the rubber on the bottom of our door and therefore our complaint is resolved.
