      We purchased land and a double wide modular home from Davis Investment Properties in November, 2023. We have had numerous issues with the land and the home. Our biggest concern is the drainage issues from runoff water from the land behind us and beside of us. We have spent over two thousand dollars putting rock in our driveway and the rock is being washed away by the water. We have asked Mr. ********************** numerous times to assist us in correcting this. The drainage pipes from the next door property are pointing straight to our driveway and yard which is causing standing water and erosion to our property. We also have repeatedly asked Mr. ********************** to replace some molding on the front of our house which was patched by his workers and we are totally unsatisfied with the repair. We have expressed this to Mr. ********************** and he has told us he will come by and look at the situation. We have heard nothing from him as of this date. The most recent request was made the first of August. Water coming from our next door neighbor's yard and the lot behind us is actually running onto the property on the other side of our house. The neighbors are experiencing the same drainage issues with their property that we are. Drainage is our biggest issue that we are trying to resolve with Davis Investment Properties. Mr. ********************** did have a ditch dug on the property, but it has done nothing to help the problem except cause standing water on the side of our driveway.

      water standing under the house. the yard is washing away due to not grading correctly. the drive is washing away due to water coming from neighbors' yards because of grading issues. We have been here since November and this an ongoing issue. We have notified the contractor with no luck getting the issues fixed.
