      I purchased a 2013 GMC Sierra on 11/12/2022. They claimed the printer was broke the day I purchased the truck, so they did not provide me with a Bill of Sale. The next day we noticed smoke coming out the back of the tail pipe. On 11/14/2022, we carried the truck back to the dealership, and the salesmen, ***** *********, drove the truck instead of a mechanic and he told us that the smoke was condensation. On 11/14/2022, the manager told us to return the next day, 11/15/2022, to have a mechanic at Capital Ford to look at the truck because we felt like we should have a mechanic look at it. We were again told that it was condensation when we picked up the truck on 11/16/2022. We were never provided with any diagnostic papers because we were told the computers were out. On 11/17/2022, we noticed that the smoke was starting to appear greyer so we took the truck to **** ***** to get a second opinion on 11/18/2022. I have attached the document that I received from **** *****. **** ***** advised us to drive the truck a thousand miles and check the oil because this would let us know what the problem is with the truck. We drove the truck 340 miles and the truck has burned a quart and a 1/2 of oil. We are afraid to drive a truck that we just purchased because it's burning oil so bad. We spoke with the General Manager **** ********* and he is unwilling to help us and said the truck wasn't his problem anymore. Now he is avoiding our phone calls. The only document that I have as proof that I purchased this truck is the receipt that I attached. I still have not received a Bill of Sale or a Title for the truck. Please help us resolve this or direct us to the correct method to get help. This is the only vehicle that we have now, and we are a family of five.

      We were on 95 south when the check engine light went on. At that point the car was chugging, so we pulled to the side of 95. I called **** road service and the girl said a tow truck would not let us ride in the truck due to Covid. I informed this girl we had masked, and asked her to check, again she said they would not. So I asked what we should do, she said call a cab. I called my son and he checked for **** dealerships in the area, and found Capital ****. He called them and told them we were coming. We got back in the car I started it and it had at that point enough juice to get to Capital ****. We spoke to the manager Will who my son had spoken to. They took the car into check what was happening, and came back and said it was the engine, it would cost ****** to fix. Now here we are stranded in ************** with no way to get home. They never offered us a rental or any form of transportation. We have complete extended maintenance on all of our vehicles. At this point our only alternative was to purchase another car. It took months to get plates for this car, according to them, they had just got this car from another dealer and the title was missing. We road with temporary plates until the plates came and they sent the wrong ones, they should have been handicapped plates which we had to get. This whole fiasco cost us money we should not have had to spend. This dealership took advantage of two seniors in my opinion. We should have offered alternative transportation as we have in our extended maintenance agreement. This dealership should be accountable for their actions and the deceptive way they do business.
