              I purchased a vehicle from another local dealer in rocky mount. They called ******************* service department and scheduled for the vehicle to come in for repairs, mostly recalls before I took it home. The vehicle is in my name and has already been purchased. *****/**** is very rude. He called the dealership to tell them the result of the vehicle check instead of coming to the sitting area(where I was for the entire repair) to explain to me what the vehicle needed. Upon questioning his actions, he told me I called your salesperson, explained what was going on with the vehicle and its his choice to tell you what we found. Why should this be the case when the vehicle is MINE not belonging to the dealership anymore. He told me to take it up with the dealership and refused to tell me what was really going on. Not to mention they never fixed the hood latch issue, Im riding around with a vehicle with a popped hood ! They wont even order the part !

              Will not refund $20,000 after having vehicle for only one ************* was not as advertised, strong urine smell & was jerking. Gabe had check & turned in to bank before vehicle was on lot.No paperwork was given to me
