    I sent my mower in for repair. Needed drive belt replaced. During the repair my deck was dropped and the belt tensioner pulley was not firmly attached and broke as soon as I started mowing. I tried calling but not response, I sent email within first 2 hours after receiving mower back. Holiday so business was closed when delivery guy showed up. He was not nice had to keep asking what all needed to be done to fix my mower. Was very short with me and demanded cash payment for my mower refused to call his business I needed my mower so I dug up the money 200 cash. I asked about the veteran discount which last time was significant cause it was taken off, on labor charge. He kept walking up driveway away from me and said it’s on the receipt lol, I looked and at very bottom was -10 . Then he smiled walking still giggling and thanked me for my service. Felt insulted shouldn’t even offered a discount, this made me instantly curious why he was laughing so I decided to mow a little and check out my mower, went around yard once or twice and the tensioner broke loosening the belt and no longer able to engage blade to cut grass. I thought after that insult it was done intentionally and I haven’t received a reply. I paid 200 cash for a drive belt replacement and fix a flat tire. Got it back it worked for 10 minutes. Doesn’t sound right to just leave the shop and it break instantly like it was rigged to do so. I can provide copy of receipt and picture of clearly broke belt tensioner pulley. This feels like a personal assault. Never meant that business any Ill will, just wanted a good job done and don’t feel I received that. Also my gas tank had been emptied. I spent 10 dollar on gas right before the drive belt broke I was done mowing that day headed to put in shed after I cleaned checked gas and oil. I do that each time. But gave back the 10 for being a vet I guess that’s how they worked out my insult, or discount lol that is a 4.8 % discount tax was more lol everyone else is 10%
