I hired this company back on may 10, 2023 explained it was for my dog to keep him in the yard. gave down payment of ***** was told estimated material lead time 3-4 weeks and that the job was so small that he could fit me in between his other jobs. of course all sales final and no refunds. I had several conversations with the owner and he kept promising that he would come out every time I talked to him. one time in aug before we went away and he took down the dates and promised he would be here before we left. same in sept. when we went away he took the dates down and promised he would be here before we left. I had my husband call him and he told my husband he would come; he never did. I asked for refund and he told me the material was already in that it came in soon after the may **************************************** asking my availability so he could get my materials and have someone come out to see fence placement. I texted him back and said you told me the material was already in. he never responded I sent another text asking for a response and still nothing. every time I've called him since June he has given one excuse after another to not come and do the job. please help
