    Thank you, Fahlo, for your service. I love receiving the notifications everyday to see where my animals are, and the updates. I have 7. I am so happy that a portion of the bracelets costs goes toward conservation and restoration of those of animals and their natural habitats.Also, when I had an issue with the app, I emailed customer service, and they got it right away and helped me solve the issue. My goal is to get at least one of each.

    I got locked out of my account and lost access to my gorilla, luckily my account was recovered and the gorilla was put back on my account within 24 hours! The work fahlo is doing is so transformative and important, I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

    They have always been super helpful if there is ever a problem. We love all our animal's we track. We love getting to track these beautiful animals because of the work they do.

    I am obsessed with Fahlo! Kids are hard to buy for as they get older and when I heard about Fahlo, I purchased over a dozen for my grands for their birthdays this year. And I have a growing Fahlo family of animals on my school bus! The kids love to track when we get to school and play with the plushies I have on my bus. There is even a couple of my kid's families that have started Fahlo'ing also. **************** is great and they are quick to respond.

    Fahlo will forever have my loyalty. I adore what you're doing. My daughter is going to college for marine biology and brought me home my first bracelet (a dolphin one) and it turned out to be a pilot whale named ****** and back in the very early 1990's, I worked with a marine mammal rescue team in the Florida Keys rescuing, rehabbing & releasing pilot whales. She thought she just bought me a dolphin one since you didn't have a whale choice and somehow by Fate...I was assigned my first mammal and it was exactly what I wanted. I now have 5 trackers in just a couple weeks and am thrilled to get more. My daughter is also tracking six or more, we will always be faithful! Thank you Fahlo for making this possible!

    I bought myself the Manatee bracelet and was super excited to receive Paprika. Well, after checking their partner website, I saw that there was an update stating Paprika had her tag removed in 2023. Keep in mind, I purchased the drift bracelet this month.I reached out to Fahlo for clarification and asked if Paprika was still active.They(multiple customer service agents) lied to me at first and stated that she was fine and active and that her data was NOT historical. When I asked again why their partner website stated she was no longer tagged, they finally admitted that she was not active after all for TWO years before I even purchased her.I was not even offered a replacement animal at that time. I had to request one from a different person. I asked for a sloth since I know those are active.They also won't provide a new bracelet to me even though Paprika was inactive for two years before I even purchased the bracelet. I'm so disappointed. I bought multiple sea turtles(luckily these seem to be active) for coworkers and was planning on buying more, but I'm soured by this experience and will not be buying/supporting Fahlo moving forward.Additionally, I made a post on their subreddit simply informing others that Paprika was historical and it was removed. I and other commenters kept it respectful so the only reason it could have been removed is to try to be deceptive to consumers. Upon delving further into this, others had the same experience, so this all feels purposefully deceptive.

We sincerely apologized for the earlier misinformation provided by our AI Bot and a support agent, and we took immediate steps to make it right. This included sending a replacement bracelet, a new tracking card, and providing updated tracking details for the *********** addition, we personally reached out via Reddit to address their post and offer further support.Its important to clarify that our website clearly outlines, on each animals page, that tracking information may be live, delayed, or historical depending on the specific animal. We strive to be as transparent as possible about this, while still ensuring the protection and safety of the animals. We completely understand if the customer is not fully satisfied with their experience. As a gesture of goodwill, weve gone ahead and issued a full refundtheres no need to return the bracelets.Our mission has always been rooted in education, and raising awareness for wildlife conservation. We remain committed to providing our customers with accurate, transparent information and meaningful experiences.

    I absolutely love fahlo. i genuinely have loved fahlo forever and have been following them for a long time but i finally bought a bracelet and got an animal and i love that i can see its cycles and where it is. i love what fahlo is doing and you will too!

    Buyer beware. The red wolf tracking is not for a living wolf. They do tell you eventually it is historical data, but they never tell you the animal is not alive! I found out by accident. My specific wolf passed almost 2 years ago. I would not buy this if I had known and I doubt anyone else would either.

We note this information in the details section of each animal's page.For our Red Wolf tracking experience specifically, we partner with AZA SAFE: Saving Animals From Extinction Red Wolf, in conjunction with US Fish and Wildlife. The details on the wolf's page, mentions the wolves we track are no longer living or a part of the wild population. We honor their lives and legacies to raise awareness and support critical conservation efforts.If you are not happy with your purchase, we'd be happy to provide you with a full refund or a replacement for a different animal to track.     I bought a sea turtle bracelet, the turtles ID has pinged in circles for months. I made aware of this to Fahlo, they said my turtle would be doing this for 1-2 years. The turtles battery will die as it continues to go in circles. I explained I got the bracelet because I have a traumatic brain injury for enjoyment. Fahlo stopped returning emails. I went onto the website to make them aware of my treatment. The next day I was given a bogus / not real ****** REDEMPTION CODE which does not work. I even gold them I would accept a new bracelet of ANY ANIMAL BRACELET IN ANY COLOR. I gave them my address. I have yet to hear back after they sent me the bogus REDEMPTION CODE.
