Terrible practice, will deny service for simply leaving a negative review. Front desk clerk is rude and unprofessional. I came to this office to compete a urinalyses test. Upon entering the building the girl at the counter shot me a look and stated I can not enter without a Mask on. I ask if they had any and she replied "NO we do not give them out". I went to my vehicle to find one but only had a wash cloth and returned asking if I could just hold this over my face, her response was no. Finally a bystander kindly offered me one of hers. I then left a negative review stating if you make wearing mask mandatory then you should offer them. I waited one hour in the waiting room before being called back, completed my sample with the nurse and thats when Dr **** walked in and ask if I was the one who left the negative review, I said yes and he said "get out". Did not care why just stated that reflect badly on him. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a doctor I should be able to speak to him in confidence... and if a review is negative... as a professional why not take the opportunity to make it right. Instead he made matter worse.
