  A builder from name ***** (Five Star Brother reached out to our company to perform work for them. Due to my company not having 3Million compensation insurance we couldn't do the job. But he had an insurance company that could do a policy that included 3 Million, compensation along with the other policy requirements that was need. ***** then said Coastal Insurance, would call us he said she will be able to provide my company with the insurance needed to complete the pressure washing. Coastal insurance called and provided the quote for my company in order for us to do the job. She said it was going to cost $1375.00 to get the insurance. I tried paying with my credit card and she said their system was down and asked could I zelle her the money. I asked whats the zelle information she said costal insurance and gave a 203 Number which popped up as ******************* they said it was the *** number and proceeded to get mad when we said this isnt right. They then yelled and said they will find someone else todo the job and here I find they scammed someone else. SMH!

  A builder from name **** (Five Star Brother reached out to our company to perform work for them. Due to my company not having ********* compensation insurance we couldn't do the job. But he had an insurance company that could do a policy that included ********* compensation along with the other policy requirements that was need. **** then asked me to call ********* with Coastal Insurance, he said she will be able to provide my company with the insurance needed to complete the flooring job. I then reached out to ********* at with Coastal Insurance and was told by here she can assist me in getting ********* compensation insurance for my company in other to do the job. She said it was going to cost $1375.00 to get the insurance. I tried paying with my credit card and she said their system was down and asked could I zelle her the money. I paid the $1375.00 via Zelle she sent me a receipt and a 100 percent guarantee certificate to ensure that I will get my money back if services are not rendered an if I decided not to proceed with getting the insurance. She then asked for and additional $3500.00 to complete the full insurance package. I told her I couldn't afford that a can she reverse the Zelle payment that was made. She said she would reverse the funds in 45mins which never happened. I tried numerous time contacting Coastal Insurance but was unsuccessful. I have lost $1375.00 by being scammed by this company. I would like my money back. I did my own research before I submitted payment to them I looked them up online, googled the address *******************************************
