    My air has not ran properly since before summer started. I've called multiple times, regarding my *** I've sent multiple emails, & also had to call the emergency number, after hours. Nothing is being done to resolved the issue. My son has had multiple asthma attacks due to it being so hot inside of the apartment. I've done everything that I possibly could & was told to do, to fix the *** It's becoming unbearable & unlivable. It's to the point where we cannot even sleep comfortably or even be comfortable in our own home. My kids have been staying at my mom's because it's been so hot. Right now, my thermostat is reading around 83 degrees. When I called the emergency number earlier, I received a very sarcastic/disrespectful text from the maintenance supervisor. Nothing is being done to fix my air, regardless of the numerous complaints.

    ************************ system had a leak and the leak was repaired. THe resident complaint is that the upstairs remains hot when we went  to the unit and met with the resident I noticed she had all her upstairs vents blocked by large furniture , clothing, toys and other objects which blocked the cold air from moving into the room. THe unit is working as it should be her unit is cold to touch and is blowing cold air through the vents. THe  ********** was informed to close the downstairs vents and move the furniture and items away from the vents to allow the air to circulate better.
