    7/15/22 I order a dress from Carolina Bridal. Two business days later, I call the store to cancel the dress because I can no longer attend the wedding. A young lady answered and told me the owner has Covid & isn't there (which was a lie she was on vacation).. So I asked the employee to please cancel my dress order and she assured me 3x it was cancelled. A few days later I call again,no reply. So I messaged the store via ********* ********************* the owner, told me she was out sick with *****, which was a lie. She then told me "no I cannot refund you, the dress is already ordered and being made (another lie) your dress will be there in October", so I reluctantly said fine. October comes, no dress.November passes, still no dress or updates. I message the owner again ******* a different account because she blocked my other one. She said I will get back to you. A few weeks pass she ignores me then finally says "I do not have your dress and have decided to refund you "(another lie). A week passes and no check is mailed so I message her again. She ignored me for two weeks and finally replied saying my dress would be shipped to me by 12/15/22. Even after promising a refund. I finally get the dress and it's the complete wrong dress AND wrong size. Not even close to my order.So I messaged her again to tell her that,no reply and she blocked my second account. I cannot reach her and would just like a refund. I don't know where to go from here and would like to report her and possibly press charges because she has stolen $220 from me and lied numerous times since July. It's been 6 months and this is still not resolved. She didn't send me my dress and did not mail and did not mail me the check she said she would. Please help!
