    Absolute worst experience. This is apparently a family business and they had a family emergency at the time they agreed to do our home appraisal. They made us miss closing by 11 days and gave empty promises day after day of getting the work done. I understand things happen, however it is rude and unprofessional to conduct business in that manor. As soon as the family emergency occurred they should have never came out to the house (even had to reschedule that) and let another company do the appraisal. I hope to never deal with this company or these people again and I will NEVER recommend them if I am ever in a position to do so.
