Purchased a Braxton-Culler sectional from a local furniture store 3.5 years ago. Almost immediately started having problems with the fabric as well as the cushions which were breaking down. Attempted multiple times to get help thru the store where I purchased the sectional. Several months ago, they were able to get new cushion cores from Braxton-Culler. The new cores are worse than what I had - the seats are now lumpy and the cushions are less firm than they were. Am now being told there is nothing more Braxton-Culler is willing to do, and my local store is not willing to issue a refund. I would not recommend any Braxton-Culler product to anyone I know.

Will never do business with company again. They only warranty merchandise from the time it leaves their factory, which is a 3 year warranty Not quite 2 years ago, I purchased a sleeper sofa from a furniture store in Indiana. I haven't even had it 2 years yet. The mechanism in the pullout sleeper broke. Braxton-Culler said it is out of warranty because they sold it to the furniture store over 3 years ago. They refuse to do anything about it, except to tell me that I would have to pay to have it repaired. I have only opened the sleeper 4 times. I live alone, have no pets, and the sofa looks like it is still brand new I.am very upset with the company and their refusal to do anything about a warranty. Since I work midnights, the sofa hasn't even been sat on much. I sleep during the day in my bed. I would never recommend this furniture company to anyone, and would advise people to steer clear of any of their products. Doesn't even deserve a star rating at all.
