Placed an order and within one half hour attempted to cancel order by reaching out via the method they require, an automated email address. Now instead of simply canceling the order the automated email says item has already shipped. There is NO phone number to call, no actual human response to any of my (7 and counting) emails to their support desk.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:they stated that they refused to even consider issuing a refund until I rejected delivery of package which I did on 4/24/2025 at 5:51pm instructing *** to return to sender. Package was logged in with *** as rejected and returned. Was on its was back per *** tracking and is now stalled in Ft. *****, *****. Their initial refusal to acknowledge emails asking for order cancellation and insisting I spend an entire day waiting for a delivery just to reject it, them even with them having confirmation package is on its way back, they are still refusing to issue a refund per my credit card company. This whole process is so ridiculously not customer focused that I have no belief they will EVER issue a refund!

Ordered heated liners on 12/17 with expedited shipping. Tracking shows product leaving ** on 12/18 and going to **. We're in MA and the tracking # shows that. Since shipment landed in ** on 12/20, no further tracking updates. Sending message via website hasn't resulted in anything and will miss Christmas.Business Response

I bought a Weston Vacuum sealer end of November last year. It is making horrible noises and will not work properly. There is no way to contact this company. When you call the phone number provided on the insert it says to go to their website. I have messaged twice on the website, done a direct email, sent a ******** messenger message and tried to call. All with no response. I need this product fixed and there is no way or contact to do this. For the amount these cost there should be some customer service from this company! About 1.5 years ago I purchased a Weston Pro-**** vacuum sealer and it stopped working, so I contacted Weston asking where I could send it for repairs. I am and was not looking for a warranty coverage, but after spending hundreds of dollars on this unit I wanted to get it fixed. To start you cannot get a person on the phone ever and when you leave a message they never call you back. I wanted to upgrade and purchase a wet/dry food saver for personal use. I did a great deal of research on several brands and decided Weston was the best. (I only wish I would have found this site prior to my purchase.) In November 2022 I purchased a Weston food saver from a retailer in *******, in February 2023 after approximately a dozen uses the heat bar stopped working. I went to Weston's site to see if there was warranty on the product or how to proceed and found the only way to reach them was via email. I sent an email and was assured also I would receive a response in 5-7 days. The response never came. I then went back to their site for a part I hope will fix it. It took me a great deal of time but I managed to get through all of their product and recipe offerings to find the part. Not only am I extremely disappointed in the product I am very disappointed in Weston. I can assure you I will never purchase another Weston product nor will I recommend their products to anyone.Business Response

I purchased the Weston pro 1100 vacuum sealer through the retailer ****** and it stopped working while under warranty. I attempted to call, but their voicemail greeting states they no longer take calls and directed me to their website: **************** I filled out a service request and received an automated response that I should expect a response from Weston within 5-7 business days. The email also states that it is automatically sent from an unmonitored email box....there is absolutely no way to contact their customer service department. It has now been 14 days since I submitted the request and have not heard back. My product is now out of warranty and beyond the allowed date I can return to the retailer, I'm now stuck with a broken vacuum sealer. I'm requesting the Weston replace or repair the vacuum sealer at no cost (shipping, parts, 'restocking fee') to me.Business Response
