    I paid this "company" $232 for annual trash pick up service and they stopped picking up my trash. No warning nothing. Just stopped. I called the guy at the new number. *********** and said "Hey man this **** at (address) if y'all ain't going to get my trash I need my money back so I can line up a new service" and he hung up on me.

    I have picked up the trash at this address. Former Workers had been going down this drive way to get trash. My new folks did not no this. Trash was not at roadway so not picked up. Got a phone call that is when I found out to go down driveway. Have had not conversation with this person to date. If refund I will make Him happy that s what I will do.

    I am rejecting this response because: there's no need for a refund after working it out. As long as the drivers are willing to come down my drive I will work with this company. That's the whole reason I switched to them in the first place. I would appreciate a little better communication if issues come up on the future.
