    Front desk reception lady gave a hard time over needing proof that I own the tank because he saw a sticker of ******* propane. I brought her a letter from ******* propane company saying they do not own the tank that I own the tank. That wasn't good enough. They wanted a sales receipt while I bought the house and the Widow did not have a sales receipt given with the sale of the house 2 years ago. So I had to find a previous home owner relative and I got a sales receipt. I just had a hard time trying to prove to them that I own the tank because they would not accept it. So I went ahead and did a Yelp review. And when I called for a fillup they refused to fill my tank. I said well I'm a veteran I'd appreciate it if you fill my tank and I'll be happy to remove the Yelp review. He refused to do business. But he gave me the hard time of the sales receipt and the tank because it had a sticker of ******* propane.

We were not in any way rude to you, You are who became rude when we told you by law you have to have a bill of sale for the tank clearly marked with another company's name on it, The letter you brought me from the other company said nothing about you or anyone at the home owning the tank or purchasing the tank from them it simply said that they did not own it, that is not what the ** Propane inspector requires and I offered to give you his number for him to clarify with you this was a law not ** as a company We do not make the laws or rules the *********** does we simply have to follow them.
