            Date of Transaction July 14th, 2022. The amount of money paid to business $2,274.22. They provided to fix the vibration of my vehicle. The nature of the dispute is that I’ve paid this money to get this problem fixed but yet they want to just throw parts at the issue now I’d understand if I paid them to put these parts on and it fixed the vibration but I continue to have the problem and I believe they do not know what the issue is, therefore I should be subject to a FULL REFUND beings this problem still is going on and isn’t resolved. I brought it back on August 27th to hopefully get it resolved once again. But they want to continue to say it’s other things like my tires I just put on and spent $1,700 on. I believe this business specifically this Meinke is a scam! No mechanic should ever just throw parts at the problem, this doesn’t not help a customer out. I have continuously called Meineke corporate to try to get this problem resolved for the past two months and have not received any phone call back I called once again today September 9 at 12:53p to put in another complaint and now I’m filing a complaint with the BBB to hopefully get some resolution on this problem.

            We had them tow our truck to the shop in Statesville NC and told them that we wanted them to fix the truck and have it in working condition. Engine light off, catalytic converter repaired etc. We paid roughly 4000.00 for this to be done. After they called and added on other things that needed to be repaired. When we went and picked up the truck the first time, it made it across the street. We were told that it may be the alternator or the battery so we purchased a 160.00 battery and took it to them, they then said it was the old battery and not the alternator. We took the truck home, to drive it 50miles because we needed it inspected and the truck started doing the same thing that it was doing before we took it to them. We took the truck back and they said they needed to charge us more money, on top of the 4000.00 that we had already paid. They (the so called mechanics there and some corporate man) argued with my husband when he asked them to honor their work. Needless to say, if you have choice go somewhere else, save your money and your time. I will also be posting this review and complaint on as many venues as possible. Don't use this Meinke for major repairs.
