****************** is closed on weekends, BS. So I spend 75.000.00 on a car/ truck, do they expect me to take a day off from work for service? Lose money. Plus spend money on service? So I drove 30 miles more to go to like ****** Jeep when the service department is open on weekends and nothing but kindness and hospitality and excellent service was given to me. This will be my new dealership from now on. I will do everything in my power to talk bad about black dealership.

Absolutely terrible in every way. Found truck online at good price. Contacted dealership and was quickly helped. Was assured by salesperson AND manager that price was correct (seemed a bit low to me so I asked several times). Was even told it was that price because is a fleet vehicle (I own a business so worked out good for me). Gave all my business and personal credit info like normal. I was called back by another manager later in the day who said they cant sell for that price, and was going to be $7000 more (thats 7 THOUSAND). Told him no thank you. Oh well, thems the breaks. No big deal. After thinking for a few, I text the sales guy to make sure my credit had not been run, to which I was told he didnt know. So I told him that there would be legal issues if they did because again I was assured by sales AND management the price was correct and thats what I gave permission to run my credit on. I was promptly called back by this other manager who spoke very loud and aggressively and was told my credit hadnt been run. He wouldnt let me speak just kept talking louder and louder every time I tried to talk (guess he was trying to impress someone in the background or something). I told him he had a bad attitude and have a nice day. Obviously they were running a scam to try and get me to commit to a higher price than advertised. Bad part is, if they had told me the straight up price from beginning, probably would have still bought it. Hope people stay away from this place. Poor sales guy (probably new) caught in middle of this. Terrible management and atrocious business practices

Blacks worked on my 2008 jeep grand Cherokee for 8 days and the problem was a fuse. The bill was over 900 dollars. What does that say about there mechanics. Not very experience.d
