This company was hired to put a roof on our home and was paid by our insurance company for the quoteod amount on the adjusters report. The amount quoted on the adjusters report was including labor of all items. It was made known to us that the roofing company and question did not replace the flashing around three dormers. When I called about it the first time they tried to tell me that the labor was not included on the flashing installation. Per the adjuster it was included. After multiple phone calls back-and-forth they sent a couple of guys out to our home and they patched two areas on the dormers. I watched them. I called again and the owner of the company called my husband back and said it wasn’t covered and they were going to pay for the installation and cussed my husband out on the phone. This is not acceptable and I have informed them if there are leaks after new siding is being put on my home as we speak they will be held responsible because the siding company said the leaks are probably from the old flashing. This is very upsetting to us because this company came to our home knocked on our door wanting our business. We took it on good faith that they would do a good job. I guess we were mistaken and this company was not very professional and they were very rude to my husband on the phone.
