    We just purchased a new home and needed a lot of furniture, but we were limited in how much time we could spend shopping. With High Point being the “furniture capital of the world,” one can imagine the huge number of vendors, manufacturers, and showrooms to visit; the process could be intimidating. We needed help to make our shopping experience productive, efficient, and pleasant. Enter Shannon N***. With his expertise and help, we were able to choose furniture for our whole house in just 3 days. Shannon does a lot of preplanning work to understand what your furniture needs are. He pre-arranged for us to work with an experienced interior designer which made us more confident in our ultimate buying choices. Shannon truly cares about getting it right with his clients. Additionally, as one reviewer wrote, Shannon has “impeccable social graces” and we couldn’t agree more. He is professional, punctual, knowledgeable, charming, easy to talk with, and exceptionally kind. We wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again, and have recommended him to family and friends. You can’t go wrong with Shannon N***! He’s a real pro.

    There is no other way to do High Point. Being in the hospitality industry we have higher expectations than most, but Shannon is one of the most professional and proactive people I’ve met. The extensive pre-planning, appointment scheduling and list of bullet points to make sure we were prepared allowed us to be insanely efficient. We were able to furnish half our home in 10 hours. Our high quality, well designed pieces are ordered! If everything in the world worked in such a seamless fashion…… WOW! Already planning one of several trips back. This is like having the VIP back door guy at Disney World. Shannon is the perfect Southern gentleman and we are thrilled to know him and look forward to shopping again soon! He just makes it happen!

    Shannon N*** created the most amazing shopping experience for me and my family. This was our first time to visit North Carolina in an attempt to navigate the furniture district. Fortunately, Shannon N*** made this a trip we will not soon forget! We are excited to utilize his services again in the very near future. First of all he is extremely professional and punctual. He goes out of his way to make sure everthing is just as you desire. He is super patient, attentive, and so very kind. On top of impeccable social graces, he has superior knowledge about the furniture industry and knows exactly how to match you with the right showrooms, etc. After obtaining as much information from us as possible during the pre-trip planning phase, he devised a plan that he felt would most efficienltly help us meet our goals. We left North Carolina after three days, having accomplished everthing we had hoped for plus more. We would not have had this incredible experience without Shannon N***. He is the best and I would recommend him to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

    Shannon is unbelievable......he goes out of his way to pre-plan a trip, understand your needs and make the experience successful. My wife and I would have been totally overwhelmed and frustrated had it not been for his direction. He is worth every penny and then some.
