  I reached out via telephone on 5-04-2023 experiencing tooth/mouth pain to see if the Dentist would be willing to see if she could pull my tooth. I gave insurance information and set an appointment for 5-5-2023 @1:30 which is when she stated she could see me. I went in for the appointment around 1pm still in pain but feeling optimistic because I might be able to get the tooth pulled. I completed paperwork. As I waited up from the dentist came up front and asked if I was in pain and I said yes but not as bad as yesterday. She stated, "it's probably infected so we're probably not going to be able to pull it, have you taken any antibiotics.....I said I had two that I had taken......she said, two is not enough and walked off. When she came to get me to go to the room, she reminded me again that she was probably not pulling the tooth. When she asked me about my history, I proceeded to tell her and how I ended up there to get the tooth pulled but she kept asking me why the oral surgeon and the endodontist didn't pull the tooth during the diagnosing of a jaw bone condition I have. I tried to explain to her that they were only involved because of the diagnosing process and I wasn't seeing any of them on a regular basis and the tooth didn't need to come out then but it does now. She stated I was negative, combative, and angry. I asked her how I was being negative, combative, and angry(I was wearing a mask) she stated because my eyes and eyebrows look like those words. I told her that I was in pain and didn't think this was helping so would just take my paperwork and go. She told me that she opened her doors to help me and I was being disrespectful. I told her I couldn't believe someone of her age could be this disrespectful and try to deflect that on to someone else. I would never return. I wanted my and my family's information out of their system. I would never recommend that place to anyone I know. She said she didn't care because her other patients wouldn't say that.
