              Went into the body Shop Saturday March 9th. Wanted to use a gift card that I had gotten for Christmas. They refused to take it. I called a ************** also was told by them. Nope they are in the process of going bankrupt, and I cannot use my gift card. Why are they still taking people's money than?!

              I ordered a bunch of items for Christmas that were on sale. *********** managed to lose my package but said it was delivered (to my concierge except my building doesn't have a concierge). I got proof from my building security cameras that it wasn't delivered and contacted The Body Shop. I talked to three agents and sent three emails. Every contact person was polite, reassuring and helpful. *********** finally said the package was lost and The Body Shop issued me a refund right away. It took 10 days from my first call due to *********** insisting it was delivered but I got my refund before Christmas so all is fine. The service and help I got was great as are their products. I will shop in person from now on as *********** service is unfortunately not as good, helpful or reliable.
