I went in to get my permanent lower partial dentures in July of 2021 after my temporary partial broke twice. I had to do indentions to be fitted for the permanent dentures so at my first indention appointment, the nurse and ******* (who handles the insurance accounts)told me that Dr. *** was no longer there and they won't have another dentist to replace her until October. I told them that I didn't want to wait that long and go without teeth because I work with the public and I will find another dentist. They said ok they understand. A couple of weeks later I got a bill from ******* for lower partial dentures and charges for indentions and other charges that I never received. I contacted Dental works and talked to ******* about my bill and reminded her that I had credit of 300 plus dollars for the overcharge for my temporary dentures, she swore that she would take care of it.She called me back a week later and said I had zero balance. I went to another dentist to get my dentures and when they tried to get me a price plan they said I already got the dentures. I contacted ***** ***** to speak th ******* and found out she was no longer there and the other lady said I owed them 1051.00.I contacted ******* and explained what happened and we talked to the lady at dental works on 3 way and she admitted they filed a claim and I never got dentures . I also told her there were other charges and a 300 plus dollars credit I had and she said she would check it and call me back. After 3 weeks she finally called back and said I didn't own them anything and they had cleared up the issue with the claim for the dentures. I tried to get a plan once again only to find out they still have a claim filed for the dentures and I got a bill on 06/24/2022 for lower partial dentures claiming I now owe them 525.50
