            On September 14th my husband went to the Floor Coverings International - WF on ******* ***** **** to get an estimate on installing carpet in our home. My husband also brought a sample of the carpet with him to see if he could match the color. The gentleman who happened to be in the building that day spoke with my husband and said he had the carpet in stock and that was what most contractors used. He said he would contact my husband that week to come out and do a re-measure because my husband had given him his own measurement.. Well, we never heard from him and we have call his office at least 8 times asking for him to give us a call. Every time I called the number the answering service said they will give the message to him so he can reach us. If it wasn't for the fact that he had the exact same carpet and match I wouldn't have called that company so many times to purchase the carpet from them. What a waste of time just trying to get a response from that good for nothing company. Beware! Bad bad business practice.
