    I was hired at this racist company last month. I wish I didnt waste my time or energy accepting the poorly written offer but I dealt with racism from day one from the Finance Manager, *************************, who openly and happily discussed how she enjoys calling her family members in law enforcement on black men with hoodies in **********, **. She did not know how to stay in her lane of finance and had her hand in other departments in which she cant compare or even speak to in its demise.The companys quality department is in bad shape so that energy she tried to possess when I stepped in the role should have been portrayed well before I got there.Dealing with this female reminded me of my high school days instead of looking at her as a professional manager. All you heard in the office was her speaking of others in a poor manner, especially the women of color in leadership roles.HR manager *********************** told a member of production, in whom she lives with, that she wanted the Quality inspector on 1st shift, *******************************, out of the doors of PAS and that she would do what she had to do to get that done. Its a shame that the HR Manager has shown such downright unprofessional immoral mannerisms with this statement. *********************** also approved my time off for bereavement and sickness, yet I was terminated for being out of work while approved for the time off. I believe these women were threatened by me, especially with me being a woman of color who stood up to ************************* when she overstepped her boundaries and tried to dictate how I ran the ******************* 2 days after I confronted her, I was magically fired after barely working there a month.I found the pay of the Quality personnel I replaced and I was severely low-balled in regard to my offer. I was told some bs excuse as to why I could not receive my requested $85,000-$90,000 upfront yet they gladly paid the Caucasians this and more per the Quality budget for 2024. I now see why this company is losing money daily.
